01 Who we are

Dump & Done Dumpster Rentals LLC (“Dump & Done,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides roll-off dumpster rental services to residential and commercial customers in Greenville County and the surrounding South Carolina Upstate.

This policy applies to dumpanddone.com and to information we collect when you contact us by phone, e-mail, or our online quote form. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to.

02 Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you enter:

• First and last name
• E-mail address
• Phone number
• The service you need
• Project address or delivery location
• Any message or project details you choose to include

If you become a customer, we also keep records related to your rental, including delivery and pickup dates and billing information.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, our analytics and advertising tools collect standard technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and the site or ad that referred you.

03 Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, understand how it is used, and measure our advertising. The tools we run are:

• Google Analytics — measures site traffic and how visitors move through the pages.
• Meta Pixel — measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and allows us to show ads to people who have visited the site.

When you submit the quote form and reach our confirmation page, these tools record that a form was completed. That record tells us which ad or page led to the enquiry.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you from using the site, though some features may not work as expected.

04 How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Prepare and send you a quote
• Schedule, deliver, and pick up your dumpster
• Communicate with you about an active or upcoming rental
• Invoice you and process payment
• Answer questions and resolve problems
• Understand which pages and ads bring in enquiries, so we can improve both
• Keep business records and comply with our legal obligations

We share information only in these situations:

• Service providers. Companies that run parts of our business on our behalf — website hosting, form and e-mail delivery, scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide that service to us.
• Advertising and analytics platforms. Google and Meta receive technical and behavioural data through the tools described in Section 3.
• Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
• Business transfer. If the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer to the new owner.

07 We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not provide it to third parties for their own independent marketing. We do share limited technical and browsing data with the advertising and analytics platforms described in Section 3.

08 How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in each platform.

09 Security and data breaches

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If personal identifying information is accessed by an unauthorised person, we will notify affected South Carolina residents as required by South Carolina Code § 39-1-90, without unreasonable delay.

You can, at any time:

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — contact us using the details in Section 14
• Reply STOP to opt out of text messages
• Unsubscribe from any marketing e-mail using the link in that e-mail
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
• Opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
• Adjust how ads are targeted to you in your Facebook ad preferences and Google My Ad Center

Some records must be kept for tax and legal reasons even after a deletion request.

11 Children's privacy

Our site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

12 Links to other sites

Our site links to third-party pages, including our Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before sharing information with them.

13 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the tools we use change. The revised version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Material changes affecting how we handle your information will be noted clearly on this page.
